  The little school out M104.   The SL Presbyterian church.      The SL Presbyterian church property (just the church and parking lot, not the playground/Christmas tree sale area) is registered at about an acre smaller than the little school property out M104. It is 260' x 330'. The M-104 lot is 300' x 400'. However, the M-104 lot technically extends half way across its two roads, which reduces its effective buildable size. Also note: Crockery Twp limits impervious coverage to 50%. 8,000 sf max building, 1 parking spot per 4 seats or 12 feet of bench length. 5% green space (in addition to storm water space). Front setback: probably 110' from M-104 centerline. 35' tall (single story, probably). Standard zoning provisions, C-1 district, M-104 Overlay district all apply (site plan review, traffic study... permeable paving?)
